Then she claims to have a copy of what i wrote and posted it underneathe  the above writing, though similar to something i wrote, the words were changed around to look like i cannot spell and like i am retarded and like i don’t know what i am writing. So , they changed my whole thing around, you can even check it out for yourself by clicking on the link, it directs you to her site.

Here is the situation… the real situation if anyone would like to know…I met art chick at a photo shoot for rix magazine at Katra’s in NYC. She did a shoot with me that night and had i applied online  with photos and my bio so i can be her first ever featured model. I told her working with her in NYC is no problem but it is hard for me to get out to jersey. That was all fine and good .Since, i met her.. i was offered one time through an email through myspace to meet her out in jersey at two diff locations to come with her to shoot. I told her i was unavailable to make it out there and, that when she is in NYC i have no problem with meeting her. So, that’s exactly what i did. I met her in NYC and she took shots of  my husband and I & some of my friends, and promised pictures which we NEVER received the images (of which was the promise on her part). I even introduced her to my friend Erica, a potential model who was interested in modeling and meeting her. I was NEVER EVER offered a contract and that night i got to meet the rest of her models. I exchanged numbers with them and have been in contact since. She had everyone but me sign a contract and they were  told that they would receive percentages of their images and work sold on her site and not one of the models has received a penny ( out of the mouths of her models). I WAS NEVER OFFERED A CONTRACT ABOUT GETTING ANY PERCENTAGE AND NEVER EVEN TOLD MY IMGAES WOULD BE  SOLD WHEN I FIRST POSED FOR HER AT KATRA’S ( because i would not have done it )  , AND I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I WOULD BE DISSED BECAUSE OF MY UNAVAILABILITY ON GOING TO HER THINGS AT JERSEY. On top of this she gave the other models other opportunities to do individual shoots which i was never offered and has the nerve to say that i am a psycho or a wacko on her site. I posted  responses on  her site to tell her to get HER facts straight but it has to go past her so i know she won’t agree and let it be posted so people can know the truth, because she knows she is wrong and has something to hide.  I also have wrote to her several times and have not received a response back as to why i was cut , and i even posted commments so people would know the TRUTH on her myspace page but she chose to delete them before anyone could read them . I never abused her verbally in any way calling her names, like she is doing to me. She seems to think who she is and that she can say what she pleases. I am not an internet tough guy but i do know this… i will see her in an event in NYC very soon and the situation will be confronted. No names were called from myside except to tell her how unprofessional she was. And she chooses to name call. If you read this, please do not get suckered into Art Chick’s delusional world. She uses her models to go around and collect email addresses for her, which it is not in their contracts to be her slave. Her work sucks, and has gotten non of the models no where , but has added money to her pocket for selling things from her site. And, not for nothing if you are a business woman … why would you not put a block on your images so people cannot copy and paste. Maybe you would actually make money to give to your models, hunny.  She claims i received free images, and  an offer at a contract plus that i was cut cause of my unavailability. I was offered once to go out to two places in jersey that i couldnt make but was in NYC the first chance i had when she was at a show, and i never saw any contract being her first model,  she has sold pictures of mine and i never received a penny, on top of that the only reason i received my pictures was to go on www.artchickphotos.com and  copy and paste all my image to a file of my own. Get my facts straight honey? You need to get yours straight. Your models are miserable and know you are a bullshit artist and want to join us here. That’s why you wanted me cut. You saw me as a threat, which out of respect for you i wouldn’t have taken your models. I can see you have no respect for me by the name calling you are doing on your site, and it is unfair that if you have a site people should be able to respond to what you post (as i have my bulletins) where if someone has to voice their opinion about me it will not be deleted. Because i am real. You are a phony and a fake. And nothing you do is artistic. You use people. And you use these models as your gophers to do things for you. You should make your site fair and let me be able to respond to what you wrote about me so the truth be told… And honey do not tell me to get over myself, you need to get over yourself. You out right lied about everything you put in your bulletin and do not give me a chance for a defense response which goes to show you are a fake. Name calling is so childish and you need to grow up cause we will see eachother sooner then u think. And then you can say all that to my face. I would never abuse my models or disrespect them in the manner you have done. You have lied to them and used them. And they are very happy to join my agency though they might not come out and tell you to your face until you find out for yourself. You put logos over peoples images…. and cover up their work with a bunch of crap. Working with my agency you get logo free images. Your own work, like a boot shoot  ( ex:  you know very well what i am referring too)  will not get covered up with stupid logos and script bullshit that no one can read. And a contract we do with you if for real, you will see money for your work, not just a lie and a promise. So Miss Art chick and friend, get YOUR facts straight and if you have something to say say it to me. Act like adults not children, because now you have taken it a step further and you are making yourselves look bad by badmouthing people besides me that you have worked with on your bulletins.  Hun, I can pick up a disposable camera and take better pictures then you. You are pathetic, and until you are ready to let me post my words on what you have said about me on your site, keep my name out of your damn mouth. Much appreciated.

Well, our admissions application should be up within the next wk or so hopefully ( i am in the process of moving , so everythig is  bit hectic) . And , then we can start working on portfolios and  some cool projects and picking our models for our divisions and getting your pages up … I can’t wait.  <3   erika
